7 years back during one of the Indian Premiere League match- Sreesanth, an Indian Cricketer had a nightmare. All his dreams came crashing down after the alleged match fixing. S Sreesanth is now walking on the road of redemption and leaning lessons both physically and mentally from Michael Jordan’s former trainer Tim Grover.

Tim Grover who has worked with both Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant is one of the well-known coaches in the athletics world. Tim Grover is a noted and famous physical and mental training coach for the NBA. He has been taking online classes for mental conditioning and looks like Sreesanth is going to come back better this time as he is waking up at 5 in the morning just to attend Tm Grover’s mental conditioning classes. The 3 hour long class which goes between 5:30 AM and 8:30 AM happens thrice a week.

He has served 7 years of suspension from cricket over his alleged involvement in the 2013 IPLs pot fixing scandal. Sreesanth is one of Indian’s most talented swing bowlers. It looks like he is ready to come in whites and play for Kerala again. He is starting from the bottom again. In an exclusive interview with the Press Trust of India Sreesanth mentioned these classes and also said that “I train from 1:30 AM to 6 PM at the indoor nets in Emaulam with a lot of Kerala U-23 players and Ranji Trophy players like Sachin Baby”

Now that his 7 years suspension is completed, he was asked if he would put his name for the 2021 IPL auctions to which he said he would definitely put his name back in if he is performing well. Sreesanth is all set to play for Kerala in Ranji Trophy this year. The 37 year old swig bowler also looks pretty confident on his selection for teams in the IPL 2021 as he said IPL was the place where he was thrown out so he also mentioned that he had promised himself to come back to this platform.

Looks like Sreesanth is more than ready to get back on the field with all the scars and all the harrowing which he has faced over the 7 years of his suspension. Sreesanth has about 169 wickets from 90 international games for India.

Sreesanth talks about his fear and how he wants to face it when he plays for the country again saying most of his fears were about what people would say. He stated “I am sure all those people will realize what I went through and who are behind it”

When asked about the trust and if he will be able to trust the people again he said that this is an emotional area for him and that he will trust people but not blindly. He understands the repercussions that come with being able to seen with certain people and now he understands everything better, He said “I have forgiven people but not forgotten anything”

Sreesanth has also acted in movies including Bollywood, Malayalam and Kannada for which he has also bagged award. He also mentioned that cricketers like Irfan Pathan, Harbhajan Singh have called to wish him well and that many actors; politicians have also wished him well.

When asked about the film industry he said he did to earn money as he had to take care of himself and his family.

When asked about the games, the 37 year old actor and cricketer said that he would like to play any game. He said “I am ready to play any game even if I die while playing one game”

He signed off by showing that unwavering confidence of his and the zeal to do everything and anything at any cost. It looks like he was born to be on the field and nowhere else.
