At least once in life, we’ve sat extremely nervous for an interview. Job interviews are usually nerve-racking since one doesn’t even know what kind of questions interviewer will through their way.

At times we even fail to recall all the right answers out of the nervousness. And there will be few questions that will be thrown your way that are utterly quirky. These questions are plain weird and there's no right answer to them.

Below are some of the quirky questions that might be asked in the next interview you attend:

1.“So, what does your sister do?”

2.“How lucky are you and why?”

3.“If you were a pizza delivery man, how would you benefit from scissors?”

4.“Do you always dress like this?”

5.“You're a new addition to the crayon box, what color would you be and why?”

6.“How does the internet work?”

7.“Would you mind if we conduct this interview over a beer?”

8.“What was the last gift you gave someone?”

9.“Describe to me the process and benefits of wearing a seat belt?”

10.“What do you look for in a boyfriend?”

11.“If you were an animal, which animal would you be and why?”

12.“What’s your relationship with your father?”

13.“What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently?”

14.“Why are manholes round?"

15."How would you solve problems if you were from Mars?"

The best way to prepare for an interview question is to practice. Take a look at some questions that might be trickier than they seem at first glance. If you are asked a question that baffles you, first take a deep breath. Keep up good posture, and look the interviewer in the eye. You have to seem calm and confident, even if you don’t feel that way.

Most unusual interview questions are intended to evaluate your critical thinking skills. Quite frequently, there is no “right” answer. Explaining your reasoning out loud as you respond to the question will demonstrate your thought process, even if you struggle to arrive at the answer. If you are at all baffled, ask clarifying questions.
