Sanam Re is about Akash (Pulkit Samrat) who admires his childhood friend Sruthi (Yami Gautham). He gets lost with his corporate job and his bad boss after which he moves to his hometown Tanakpur because of his family problems. It happens during this time he gets related to his childhood memories with Sruthi. Though he fails to track her, he moves to Canada to impress a client Akanksha (Urvashi Rautela) as per the pressure from his boss. It happens during this time he meets Sruthi which leaves everyone in surprise. The rest of the movie is about what happens next. Watch Sanam Re to know.
The complete first half of the movie goes on a slow pace and the movie lacks proper interest. The major logics get sidelined and things happen on immediate effect which leaves everyone surprised. Most of the episodes look unnatural and the narration has been quite boring. On the whole the complete first half has been disappointing.
The second half of Sanam Re too takes the same pace and feel. The twirls have been unexpected but they do not make the audience impressed. The complete second half lacks proper narration and the screenplay has been pathetic. The songs have been oddly placed and it is all a glamorous treat. The climax of the movie has been clinched and Sanam Re is a film that can be completely ignored.
Pulkit Samrat fails to impress with his performance but his looks have been outstanding on screen. Pulkit needs to work on his looks soon to make it big. Yami Gautham who proved her acting skills has done a decent job with her performance. Urvashi Rautela has been stupendous on screen and she will sure make it big with her bikini delight. All the other actors have been decent with their performances.
The story of the movie has nothing much to reveal and it has been outdated. The screenplay along with the dialogues has not been taken enough care of and the major plot has been deviated during the second half. The songs and the music have been decent. The cinematography has been impressive and eye catchy. The production values have been decent and the visuals have been rich. The director fails to turn out Sanam Re into a blockbuster.
Sanam Re is a movie that can be completely ignored that has many flaws and misses the major logics.
